If it is found that the mechanical noise of the motor increases and the temperature rise at the bearing is abnormal, check the lubrication of the motor bearing. If the grease is discolored or dirty, replace it immediately.
When it is found that there is oil leakage in the sealing seat, the screw plug on the sealing seat can be loosened and the oil pump can be operated. When there is oil gushing out and aviation oil smell, it can be determined that the mechanical seal is invalid. Stop using the pipeline pump to quickly replace the mechanical seal.
Replace the failed mechanical seal.
